She has received her training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
Her vast knowledge consists of Thai Traditional(yoga) including both north and south form, Thai herbal,Thai oil and aromatherapy,cranial sacral therapy,and polarity therapy.
Melonee also has received her 200 hr yoga teacher training at SWIHA, and .when she is not teaching and seeing clients, she maintains her own practice and enjoys the outdoors with her children.
Melonee's goal is to help others find the strengths within themselves to heal the body, mind, and soul.
Some of Melonee's hobbies include Rock Climbing, Hiking, and mountain biking.
Adrienne - shares her passion for yoga and massage.
Yoga is the foundation behind Thai massage. The science that originated in India seeks to enrich one's experience of this moment. It is a never ending process of Artistic creation. Yoga empowers not only the body, but the heart and mind. Yoga opens our heart to ourselves. Thai massage allows us to gift another with our openness.
